Let us assist you in finding exactly what you are looking for, whether it be the perfect hair treatment, the right hair colour, electricals and tools of the trade, or any of your beauty needs.
You can find the product to best suit you by the below option:

Our filters are the product of our decades of experience within the hair and beauty industry. We have developed this feature to help guide you in finding the best-suited product for your needs and can also be used as a way to narrow down your search results.

Your shopping cart is located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. It displays the number of items that you have in your basket as well as your running total (less freight). As you browse through our site, you can click on your cart at any time to see what you have in your basket; this allows you to view further details about the product without leaving the page. You can also add to your cart at this level. To add a product to your cart you must choose the quantity of the products required; the default is 1.
You must click “ADD TO CART” for the items to be added to your basket. Once clicked, your basket will drop down and update. As you shop, your basket will update and reflect your purchases. You will also notice certain promotions that apply to your cart will be listed in red next to your Total.
Once ready to check out, click “CHECKOUT” on the cart drop-down. You will then be diverted to our checkout page.Your shopping cart is located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Credit Cards
We accept Visa & MasterCard ONLY. Payment is NOT taken at point of sale. Funds are withdrawn from your card AFTER your order has been confirmed by your supplying branch.
Your information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your card.
For your security, HHB requires you to enter your 3-digit card identification number (CID/CCV) in all orders for Visa and MasterCard transactions. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.
Visa / MasterCard Customers – Your security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3-digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC customer CIDs are 3-digits.
Visa Debit Cards / Visa Gift Cards work just like your ordinary Credit Cards.
Direct Debit – Direct Debit provides a method of payment for those who do not have access to credit cards or a PayPal Account. You can opt to pay via Direct Debit at checkout. Upon choosing this payment method you will be able to view our Direct Debit Account details. Please use your Order/Invoice Number as your payment reference. Please note that your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed by our accounts. This payment method can take up to 72 hours.
Money Orders / Cheques – you can opt to send us a Cheque or Money Order to pay for your order. Please remember that this method of payment can take up to 14 days to process. We require the Money Order or Cheque to be made out to Hair Health & Beauty Professional and sent to the below address. Please ensure you enclose your Order Number.

Credit Cards

Should the parcel be sent back to us, we can then re-send your parcel however extra shipping charges will apply.
If you are not there to receive the delivery and have not instructed HH&B to affix an “OK TO LEAVE” sticker to your parcel, the delivery company will retain your package and leave you “Re-delivery card” – it is then your responsibility to arrange re-delivery and incur any charges or costs associated with it.
Cancellation of orders and no acceptance once the order has been dispatched can still happen, however we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling charges and restocking fees from your refund.
Modifications cannot occur post dispatch.If you need to cancel or modify your order we strongly recommend that you contact the supplying branch as soon as possible so that any modifications or cancellations can be done seamlessly if your order has yet to be dispatched.

Of course every product we stock has to meet the highest standards and are rigorously checked before they are sent out. But if, for any reason, you need to return a product, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
- Change of Mind Returns
We accept goods back if you change your mind on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in re-saleable condition and returned to us within 7 days of receipt of parcel.
By this we mean that all packaging, cellophane wrapping and/or tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and will not be accepted by our Returns Dept.
All change of mind returned goods will be refunded minus delivery and handling charges plus a 30% restocking fee.
Some hair and beauty items CANNOT be returned due to Australian health and safety regulations and these include, but are not limited to, all hair brushes, combs, hair accessories, skin care products, make-up accessories and any product or accessory that can be opened and/or tampered with, e.g. Any liquid that does not have a tamper-proof seal where the contents can be altered or substituted.
- Faulty / Damaged Goods Return
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact your supplying branch for assistance.
Some items cannot be refunded due to Australian health and safety regulations. To see if your product falls under this category please contact us.
All returned items must be packaged appropriately; include a brief explanatory note with your name, invoice number and the reason for the return and sent to your supplying branch (details can be found on our Contacts page)
We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure a safe receipt.
We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, where our Returns Dept will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or a credit note.
Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

As we are an authorised retailer, all electrical goods are covered by manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the individual products for further information on warranties.
