| Q: When is postage and handling added? |
| A: Each time you enter the Checkout you will be informed of postage and handling costs. Where you need to request a quote with the order - you will be contacted with the appropriate charge prior to order fulfilment. |
| Q: Where does HHB deliver? |
| A: We deliver all over Australia. We can get it there same day if it is within Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metropolitan areas, but we can supply all areas. Click HERE to see the locations. |
| Q: How long will delivery take? |
| A: We estimate we will have your product the following day from the date the order is paid for, which in most cases is the next day. Only if we have to confirm your order via phone or quote on a salon equipment purchase delivery price may your order take you a day more than normal. If you are within Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metropolitan areas and your order is placed in the morning we can usually get it there same day. |
| Q: What forms of payment are accepted? |
| A: Unless you have prior arrangment, you will be required to use a credit card to make a purchase from HHB.com.au and your receipt will be included in the package when we dispatch your order. |
